  • Tier 1 (Entrepreneur ) : For people with minimum £50,000 to invest in UK by taking over or by setting up a UK business
  • Tier 1 (Investor) : For individuals who wish to invest in UK and have minimum £1m to invest in UK
  • Tier 1 ( Graduate entrepreneur) all those who have completed graduation in UK universities and who are endorsed by their university which is limited to 2000 each year.
  • Tier 1 (Exceptional talent) it is only open to truly exceptional people who wish to work in arts and sciences. Limited to 1000 each year.

Tier 2 (general ) for all those workers who tend to have skilled work and also certificate of sponsorship from employer belonging to UK with valid Tier 2 sponsorship license. The job on offer should be one that cannot be filled by workers who are already Resident in UK.

 Tier 4 students

The UK Tier 4 student visa’s are for those students  belonging to UK education institutions. While studying few students are allowed to work  for up to 20 hours each week during term time and also full time during the holidays.
